PRELIMINARY PROGRAM
PITCH SESSION
Twelve promising teams from Central Europe will showcase innovations in drug development, diagnostics, and medical technologies. A jury of experienced investors will evaluate the presentations and announce the three best pitches.
KEYNOTE SPEECHES
The event will feature keynote speakers with expertise in biotech technology transfer, investments, venture building, and innovation ecosystems. The first speakers will be announced soon.
INVESTOR PANEL DISCUSSION
Representatives from VC funds and investment vehicles of major companies actively investing in Life Sciences in the CEE region will discuss current trends and share their recommendations for early-stage companies. The discussion will be moderated by David Flores, CEO of BioCentury.
BIOTECH EXECUTIVES PANEL DISCUSSION
Who could give you better advice than those who have been in your shoes? Executives from emerging companies in the region will share their experiences from the early days of their start-up journey and offer insights on how to survive and thrive.
POSTER SESSION
Conference participants can explore a poster session showcasing 20+ scientific projects and startups working to translate innovative ideas from laboratories into real-world applications.
PARTNERING
In response to last year’s feedback, we are introducing a partnering tool powered by Brella. Each participant will receive access to the platform, allowing them to schedule meetings in advance.
NETWORKING RECEPTION
Networking is at the heart of the event. Throughout the day, participants will have multiple opportunities to connect, both informally and through the dedicated partnering tool. After the official program, attendees can continue discussions over dinner in a relaxed setting.

FAQs
The Prague.bio Conference will take place at National House Vinohrady, Náměstí Míru 820/9, 120 00 Prague, Czech Republic.
The conference is scheduled for September 25, 2025. The program is set to begin at 9:00 AM, with registration opening at 8:30 AM.
You can use various modes of public transportation. The venue is centrally located in Prague, making it easily accessible. The nearest metro station is "Náměstí Míru", which serves Line A (Green). Additionally, there are multiple tram lines stoping at Náměstí Míru (tram no. 4, 10, 13, 16, 22).
If you're planning to arrive by car, it's important to note that parking directly at or near National House Vinohrady is not available. The nearest large parking facilities would be at the Flora shopping centre or next to the Opera building. Remember to check the availability and rates of the parking facility in advance.
Yes! During the day, lunch and dinner will be provided, along with drinks and light refreshments available throughout the day.
Although we do not have a dedicated conference hotel, there are quite many options in the neighbourhood and Prague city centre. Business hotels within the walking distance are for example Clarion Hotel Prague City (Tylovo náměstí 15/3) or Le Palais Art Hotel Prague (U Zvonařky 1).
The conference programme concludes at 6:00 PM and will be followed by a networking dinner. The doors of the conference will officially close at 9:00 PM.
The program of the conference will be conducted in English, and translation into Czech is not provided.

Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. We would be pleased to transfer your ticket to a colleague, though.
